| A heartfelt thank you to all past and present league and tournament players! We treasure every single one of you! NEO has always had the best players, the best leagues, the best times, and most of all the best friends. After nearly 7 years of running leagues and tournaments, we have decided that we will be stepping out of the world of organizing leagues and tournaments. Effective March 1, 2012, NEO Cornhole will be a thing of the past. There are many things that have lead us to this decision, and it wasn't an easy one to make, but one that we feel will be the best for us, personally. We weren't going to announce this until late February, but we felt it was necessary to keep the players informed and not leave anyone in the dark about the state of the league. Maybe this will give someone else a chance to step up and take over the reigns. This game and you, the players have been such a HUGE part of our lives for so long now, and it will be difficult to put it aside, but it is what must happen. We know some of you won't be happy with this decision, and some will try to talk us out of it, but it simply has to happen like this. Sorry! Thank you all again for your support and friendships over the past 7 years...we wouldn't have ever been as successful as we were without you, and we truly hope to remain in touch with you all in the future. Thank you friends <3 The best way to express what this game and you players have meant to us... We didn't know we were making memories...we just knew we were having fun. |
